Supporting Independence with Care
Foxglove Care offers bespoke care home facilities in the community for vulnerable adults the opportunity to live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive environment. Everyone receives a bespoke package of support designed around their needs, preferences and goals.
Our aim is to empower people to maintain independence whilst ensuring their wellbeing, dignity and inclusion within their community.
We are committed to delivering outstanding support that enhances quality of life and respects each individual’s rights, culture, beliefs and personal choices.
Our Care Homes are designed for 1 to 4 individuals to provide a comfortable, supportive environment where they can thrive.
We provide fully trained staff, available 24 hours a day, including specialists in autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities and positive behaviour support.
Support is flexible and wide-ranging, including:
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Prompting or administering medication
- Support with mobility and daily routines
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating
- Domestic tasks such as shopping and cleaning
- Access to community activities and social inclusion
- Emotional support, health appointments and access to employment opportunities
We work collaboratively with individuals to design personalised programmes of support that reflect their wishes, preferences and long-term goals.
While Foxglove Care does not provide nursing care, we ensure all team members receive mandatory and ongoing training to meet the evolving needs of those we support.
Our mission is to offer services that nurture independence, dignity and opportunity, enabling adults with learning disabilities, autism or physical needs to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of a home that is within their local community.
