When I joined Foxglove Care Ltd, as a Support worker, I brought with me a deep passion for person-centered support and a strong desire to grow within a values-driven organisation.
With a background in the healthcare sector, supported by academic achievements including a B.Sc. in Psychology, an M.Sc. in Business Management, a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Management, and a wide range of CPD certifications, I was eager to merge theory with practice – to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
What I found at Foxglove was more than a workplace – I found a culture of encouragement, inclusion, diversity, and trust. Having to take on additional responsibilities within my service and supporting other services requiring staff empowered me to step into a managerial role, where I now have the privilege of leading with purpose, integrity, and compassion.
At Foxglove, the support isn’t just for the people we care for – it extends to the people who care. It’s an organisation that nurtures both our individuals and professionals, creating space for growth, development, and leadership at all levels.
