Supported Living
Empowering Independence
Foxglove Supported Living provides vulnerable adults with the opportunity to live independently in a safe and supportive environment. Whether remaining in their family home or moving into accommodation of their choice, each individual receives a personalised package of support designed to promote dignity, wellbeing and independence.
Our focus is on empowering people to live their own lives while ensuring that their physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs are met.
Person-centred care lies at the heart of what we do. We are committed to delivering high-quality, flexible support that improves quality of life, respects rights and values diversity – and we ensure that every individual is given the right to make informed choices.
We provide 24-hour on-call support, fully trained staff in autism and epilepsy awareness and specialists in learning disabilities. Support includes meal preparation, medication management, personal care, shopping, domestic tasks, emotional support, access to employment and participation in community activities.
Foxglove Supported Living welcomes individuals following a clear and inclusive process, involving them and their families in decisions from the outset. We provide accurate information about our services, tenancy agreements and expectations, ensuring every individual feels safe and happy.
Staff development is central to maintaining high standards of care. All support staff receive induction, mandatory training in safeguarding, health and safety, first aid and infection control, as well as specialist training in autism, epilepsy, positive behaviour support and person-centred planning. Ongoing supervision and annual appraisals ensure that staff skills remain up-to-date and responsive to individual needs.
Our mission is to create homes that offer dignity, independence and opportunity, enabling adults with learning disabilities, autism or physical needs to live fulfilling lives within their own homes and communities.
